Privacy Policy

The operator of Doubles Generator handles information used in the Service as described below.
1. Information stored on your device
Member names, optional gender, skill levels, groups, IDs, event information, draw settings, match results, playing and waiting history, and timer state are stored in your browser’s IndexedDB. A dismissed home screen guide is recorded in localStorage. This information supports participant management, match draws, match progress, and display state.
The current app does not automatically send registered members or events to the operator’s server or sync them between devices. Excel and CSV imports and backup processing also take place on your device.
2. Information sent through inquiries
The contact form receives your selected category, message, and optional reply email address. It does not ask for your name. You may submit without an email address, but we cannot respond individually. Device information and participant data are not attached automatically. Messages are sent to the operator’s mailbox through Resend. The app does not store them in its database or log their content, but they are processed and retained by the email service and mailbox.
This information is used to reply, investigate problems, improve the Service, and address misuse when necessary. Please do not send third-party personal information or details unnecessary for a response.
3. Access information and external services
Vercel delivers the Service. IP addresses, access times, request details, and device information may be processed or logged for delivery and security. See Vercel’s Privacy Notice.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand usage and improve the Service. It collects information such as page views, traffic sources, devices and browsers, and in-app actions. Cookies or similar technologies may be used. We do not use this information to directly identify individuals. Custom events sent by the app use aggregate values such as player and court counts; they do not include player names, email addresses, or free-text input. See Google’s explanation.
The donation page loads a Stripe button. Stripe may receive IP address and device or browser information when it loads. During payment, Stripe handles payment details, and the operator may receive transaction information and any name or email address entered on the payment page as needed for donation records, support, fraud prevention, and legally required records. The app does not collect card numbers. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
Inquiries use Resend for email and Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention. Turnstile may process technical information such as IP address and browser details when the form is displayed. This information is not attached to the inquiry email.
4. Sharing and service providers
The operator does not share personal information it receives with third parties except with consent or as required by law. External providers involved in delivery and email support process information only as needed for those purposes, subject to appropriate oversight.
5. Retention and security
Data on your device remains until you or your browser delete it. You are responsible for managing and deleting backup files. Inquiry information is kept as needed to respond and investigate related issues, then deleted when no longer needed unless retention is required by law.
The operator restricts access to information it handles and manages accounts appropriately to help prevent leaks or loss. Please take care with shared devices, visible screens, and backup storage.
6. Access, correction, and deletion
You can review and edit locally stored information in the app. To delete all saved information, remove this site’s data in your browser settings. This also deletes members and events. The operator cannot directly access or delete data stored only on your device.
To request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of inquiry information held by the operator, contact us through Settings. We will verify your identity and respond according to applicable law.
7. Changes and contact
We will update this policy if features or information handling change. Significant changes will be announced before they take effect where practical, and consent will be obtained where required by law. Contact options are listed in Settings.
