Terms of Service

These terms set out the conditions for using Doubles Generator (the “Service”), provided by its operator. Please review them before use.
1. The Service
The Service is a web app that helps manage doubles participants, generate match pairings, track playing and waiting history, and run matches. Results depend on the settings and number of players. We cannot guarantee that every preference is met or that playing time, waiting time, and opponents are perfectly balanced. Please review the final schedule and match progress yourself.
2. Your responsibilities
Register participant information only after giving them appropriate notice and obtaining any necessary permission. You are responsible for your device, displayed information, exported files, and sharing them with others. Minors should obtain parental consent where needed.
3. Data storage
Registered information is stored in your current device and browser. It may be lost if browser data is cleared, your device fails, or storage is limited. Back up any data you need. The operator cannot recover data stored only on your device.
4. Prohibited conduct
Do not violate laws or public order, infringe others’ rights or privacy, gain unauthorized access, overload the Service, or interfere with its operation.
5. Intellectual property
Rights in the Service’s code and design belong to the operator or their rightful owners. Third-party software is subject to its own licenses. Rights in information you enter remain with you or the original rights holder.
6. Fees and voluntary support
The Service is currently free. Donations, if available, are optional and are not required to use it. External donation services have their own terms. If paid features are introduced, their prices and terms will be announced in advance.
7. Changes and interruptions
The Service may change, pause, or end due to maintenance, outages, connectivity, or other circumstances. Where possible, significant planned changes or closure will be announced in the Service beforehand.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The operator does not guarantee that the Service is complete, accurate, or always available. You are responsible for safety during practice and for checking timers and alarms. Except for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for losses arising from use of the Service to the extent permitted by law. Applicable consumer protection laws take precedence where a limitation is not permitted.
9. Changes to these terms and governing law
If these terms change, the changes and effective date will be announced in the Service as required by law. Japanese law governs these terms, and jurisdiction is determined by applicable law.
